1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fntasycricket Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules that may be posted on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Fntasycricket Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with Fntasycricket
• You are not barred from using our services under applicable law
• You do not reside in a region where participation in fantasy sports contests is prohibited or restricted

Fntasycricket reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may terminate your account if we determine that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account with anyone else or create multiple accounts. Fntasycricket reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

4. Fantasy Contests and Gameplay

4.1 Contest Rules

Each fantasy contest on our Platform has specific rules, scoring systems, and entry requirements. By participating in a contest, you agree to abide by its specific rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Fntasycricket reserves the right to modify contest rules at any time.

4.2 Entry Fees and Payments

Some contests require payment of entry fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for contests you enter. All payments must be made through our authorized payment methods. Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest has started, except in cases where the contest is canceled by Fntasycricket.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Manipulate contests through collusion, match-fixing, or other unfair practices
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of our systems
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform
• Engage in harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Platform
• Use the Platform in a manner that places excessive demands on our infrastructure

Fntasycricket reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these prohibitions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Fntasycricket Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fntasycricket and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our express written permission.

By using our Platform, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use any trademarks, logos, or service marks without the prior written consent of the owner.

7. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content to our Platform, such as profile information, comments, or feedback. By submitting content, you:

• Grant Fntasycricket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Platform
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
• Understand that Fntasycricket has the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimers

The Fntasycricket Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fntasycricket disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of the Platform
• Any warranties that the Platform will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fntasycricket and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from interruption of service or inability to access the Platform
• Damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in the content or functionality of the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your account

In no event shall Fntasycricket's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to Fntasycricket in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fntasycricket and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content submitted to the Platform

10. Modifications to the Terms and Platform

Fntasycricket reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration laws in Australia. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be in Sydney, New South Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or rules posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fntasycricket regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Fntasycricket.
